PuppyLove Birthday Sweet Potato Banana Cookies




Ingredients:

1 ripe banana (mashed)
1 cup mashed sweet potato
water*
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour (keep some handy for rolling)
1 cup oats
Preheat 350F / 25minutes


Instructions:
1. Mix ingredients (everything should look really dry and smooth)



 2. Roll out the dough and, choose a cookie cutter your pup may like.


3. cut the shapes until there is no more dough left.

4. Place each shape onto a greased cookie sheet.

5. Place them in your oven: preheated to 350°F.
6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until they are a nice shade of golden brown.

Homemade Dog Pumpkin Biscuits/Cookies

ingredients: 
  • 3 organic egges
  • 2 1/2 cups of wheat flour 
  • 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree 
  • sprinkle of sea salt
  • 2 tbsp of dry milk
  • preheat oven @ 350F




directions: 

mix all ingredients together until you achieve a smooth consistency

, add flour to the cooking board and make a big ball,

 roll the dough out, 


and start cutting with your pups choice of cookie cutter. 


bake @ 350F for 20 minutes per side. 
Store in fridge in an air tight container for up to 1 month.

Blueberry, Raspberry, Strawberry & Peach Overnight Oats

Blueberry, Raspberry, Strawberry & Peach: Overnight Oats (1/2 cup fruit , 1/4 cup quick oats, 1/2 cup almond milk , 1 tbsp greek yogurt, 1/2 tbsp chia seeds, Add a pinch of *cinnamon, honey, vanilla extract, coconut flakes, almonds, granola...etc*)


Berry Kale Smoothie

ingredients:
1 cup of blueberries
1/2 cup of strawberries
handful of kale
1 1/2 cup of almond milk
1 tbsp of flaxseeds
2 tbsp of almonds
1/2 tbsp raw honey (optional *not pictured*)

Berry Banana Smoothie

ingredients:
1/2 raspberries
1/2 strawberries
1/2 ripe banana
1 1/2 cup almond milk
less than a handful of arugula
2 tbsp of flaxseeds

Smoothie for "Her"

ingredients:
Handful of Arugula
1/2 cup of Raspberry
1/2 Avocado
1/4 cup Goji berries
Water

Smoothie for "Him: husband, bf, dad or you"

ingredients:
1/4 cup Beets
1/3 cup Red Grapes
1/2 cup Blueberries
1/4 cup Pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup Broccoli (or spinach)
1 tbsp Evoo
1 cup Water

Hazelnut Banana Smoothie

ingredients:
1 cup hazelnut chocolate milk
1/2 cup of greek yogurt
1 frozen ripe banana
handful of raw kale
2 tbsp chia seeds
