During the winter time we will run through our favorite conditioner like we did during the summer time. V05 conditioner is one of my all time fav. drugstore find to keep my strands moist.
Tip: Use a heavier, richer moisturiser at least once a week. Slather on the conditioner and wear a plastic shower cap. Clean your house, do some excerise (bascially whatever to stay busy). This will create a humid, moist environment and allow the conditioner to penetrate deeply.
Don't let the cold weather dry out your hair!
You can find this brand at any drugstore or supermarket (I love getting them from the supermarket you can always catch an awesome deal).

I’ve notice now when I’m on a hunt for a product that I need to nurture my skin/hair I tend to reach for things that include organic ingredients. It’s almost like a security blanket. Forget the product beside it that maybe a few dollars cheaper or even on sale if I see anything that mentions “organic” I’m all over it especially an ingredient that I’m keen to.
I put together a couple of photos of products I bought, because of something organic.
Dr Woods Peppermint Cleanser – Peppermint Palmer’s Oliver Oil Formula Conditioner – Olive Oil Burt’s Bee Lemon Body Oil – Lemon Raw Shea Butter Facial Scrub – Shea Butter Coconut Milk Organix Serum - Coconut Oil Aquafina Hydration Facial Spray - jojoba oil
Etc…etc
It was getting a little out of hand in the beginning of the year, because that’s not even half of it but I can honestly say I’m getting better. I passed this new Gariner conditioner that supposedly had shea butter etc in it… I almost had a panic attack, because I was holding myself from getting it.
One thing I’m on a hunt for is Sunflower Seed oil. I believe I can rest after that.

Anti-Aging Products in Your 20s If you are in your 20s, you should use anti-aging products with prevention in mind. There are two anti-aging products that you should use as often as possible to treat fine lines and wrinkles early: anti-aging products with sunscreen (SPF 15 or higher) and targeted anti-aging facial moisturizers.
Make sure to keep skin cleansed using cleansers and toners with natural ingredients in addition to your anti-aging products.
Anti-Aging Products in Your 30s Once you are in your 30s, it’s time to expand your anti-aging skin care routine. In addition to continuing to use anti-aging products like facial moisturizer and sunscreen, it’s important to add an anti-aging firming lotion.
Add an extra step to your skin care regimen by incorporating a peel or face mask on a weekly basis. This will help keep skin throughly cleansed.
Anti-Aging Products in Your 40s & Beyond Finally, once you reach your 40s and beyond, it’s important to add a specialized anti-aging cream that targets specific problem areas, such as wrinkles on skin or fine lines around the eyes.
It’s never too early to begin using anti-aging products and achieve healthy, youthful skin!
One coat of this exclusive silky, non-clumping, double effect mascara will add full volume thickness and uplifting curl.
ANASTASIA’S TIPS Curl lashes with a lash curler. Pull mascara upward and hold for a second, allowing waxes to hold lashes in place. Use the slim end of brush to reach the corner of eyes.
Mirror Check: Stand in front of a mirror that is large enough for you to see your breasts clearly. Check each breast for anything unusual. Check the skin for puckering, dimpling, or scaliness. Look for a discharge from the nipples.
In Bed Check: The breasts are best examined while lying down because it spreads the breast tissue evenly over the chest. Lie flat on your back, with one arm over your head and a pillow or folded towel under the shoulder. This position flattens the breast and makes it easier to check. Feel for any unusual lump or mass under the skin. Feel the tissue by pressing your fingers in small, overlapping areas about the size of a dime. To be sure you cover the whole breast, take your time and follow a definite pattern: lines, circles, or wedges.
