Drink 2 Bottle of water* (plain, with lemon or lime)
Breakfast
wholegrain breakfast cereals
Midmorning snack
Pumpkin seeds or Almonds
Lunch
Fresh organic fruit salad or yogurt
Afternoon snack
Veggie Juice/ Fruit Juice
Dinner
Brown Rice Veggies...I might do a soup ..not sure yet :)
*I will be consuming 10 bottles of water per day.
**If hungry after dinner I will drink water, organic fruit, vegetable juices or herbal teas.
