All I can say is "WOW!" I've been using this product non-stop ever since I got it on a daily first thing I grab after foundation application... (Takes one application a light one at that–I use a big fluffy paddle brush).

I've gotten loads of great feedback this whole week and I think this and another product has been adding the extra kick (def. will be in another post).

I apply this product in shade: Silky Beige (which to me works well *really doesn't have that much coloring) right over my Bobbi Brown skin foundation (covering my T-Zone area as well as my eyelid.)

So, speaking about my eyelid area I haven't touched the Urban Decay Primer potion. I simply dust this from brow bone to eyelid and apply my paintpot (cream base –pop of color), etc...And no crease what-so-ever!

Seriously, I work Monday-Friday 8hr shift ...and so far each day the make-up has been on point. Using this product I dont feel the need to grab my fix+ to soften the powdery-ness, because their isn't any sign of powdery/chalky/cakey = ness. It's def. a gem!

I know when I went to Sephora weeks ago the sales clerk said my pores appeared a little large and this minimized them a lot. So for those who are afraid that this product would enhance your flaws...I will tell you this product hides them in a delicate way.

Will I repurchase? Would be in my routine for life!

Pros:
- Affordable …Less than $6
- Color payoff is sheer enough to work with most complexions.
- Transparent for those with deeper skin tone.

Cons:
I guess 3 shades will throw people off, maybe a sheer tone pressed matte bronzer shade with the same formula could help out others, but I really do believe the "transparent" shade will work just perfect!

The packing is ok. Cover top is a screw on and it's already worn off to where it keeps going and going lol (drugstore packaging stinks sometimes, but hey! we know what we paid for).

Hair Inspiration + Current Routine

Ever get inspired instantly by a photo? Ever since I could remember...I could.

Now that I know what works for my hair (noticing less breakage = growth/better health) I reached my goal "bigness" lol ...moving on to the next goal.

Pros:
The packaging is cute, sleek and bright to catch attention.

The dispenser is a great. It gives out a good amount of product(so you won’t find any extra coming out).

When I was done applying the product all over my hair I measured the amount that I used and the amount that I had left which was four more usage out of it. So, for my hair it would take five usage out of one container.

Cons:
Texture is a gel and cream mix that comes off feeling a bit slimy and icky with a salon scent that seems to lingers for a while.


I noticed when mixed with another product it left my hair with a white clumpy residue.

I’m sure with fine texture hair this will work like a gem. So, I gave it to my sister. She doesn't have curly hair, but wavy fine hair.

Earth day was grand!

Au Natural: Yes to Cucumber Conditioner

okay, okay... I think I went a little overboard...keep the carrots lol (yes to carrots has silicone while this conditioner doesn't for those who care).

I always said I wanted to have a conditioner that I could I leave in my hair that was the same texture and feel of the lustersilk deep conditioner and somewhat organic, because it was light and creamy all in one, but not even close to “leave-in” status.

I fount all of this in the “Yes to cucumbers” colorcare daily makeover conditioner and with out a doubt it’s a keeper.


Okay this conditioner happens to be for colored hair (yes to cucumber color care daily makeover conditioner). The reason why I purchased the yes to cucumber color care daily instead of the regular was because I had applied henna to my hair sometime ago and I wanted to still care for the strands that were dyed.


Anywho, this product on its on is a no-go for me it’s not creamy enough unless it was because I had just finished applying shampoo to my hair and was extremely dry afterwards…hmmm I might try it for co-washing…I usually just leave it in my hair as a leave-in and I love it!!

My hair is shiny ..bouncy and soft to the touch!

The scent = yum! Nothing like cucumber
Price = pretty okay if your digging the whole “natural” thing.

I've been bad for lunch and decided to be good for dinner and munch on a healthy special k bowl of YUM!


So, I ran out of my trusty "French vanilla almond cereal" and the "Fruit yogurt" which is my new favorite now...

While I was shopping for a new big box of YUM!

I stumbled upon this new special k granola style cereal...

I hate it!

It's like your eating dry chalky oatmeal, but the funny thing is your eating it with milk, but yet it taste so dry: /...

Sephora Shimmer Lip glosses

I went to sephora a month ago and purchased an item and received a birthday gift which was the Sephora lip glosses from their “shimmer” category.

Bronzed Beauty (red with gold shimmer)
Rosy Glow (golden pink)
Precious Pink (barely-there sheer pink shimmer)

The packing is simply like any tube of lip gloss.

Once you squirt you can’t revert.

1st: They go on with a hint of color and a touch of shimmer (some doesn’t include shimmer). I only have the shimmer lip glosses which are very much apriority for anyone of any age.

2nd: The formula to me seems perfect…non-sticky (No white residue around the lips *gross*--MAC lip glosses tend to do that sometimes.

3rd: I love the way the lip glosses has a non-chemical like scent. Smells fruity (you know how MAC plush glasses has a sugar cookie scent).

Will I repurchase? Yes! With out a doubt these are very much up to part with the big dawgs!, but you know how it sometimes when you go to sephora …yikes!

Monday’s are the worst for me I’m sure for anyone who has the weekend off lol.

Here’s how I usually start my day.

I stretch in bed before I do anything.

This pretty much opens my spirit and make me believe my day will start out open and refreshed from a lazy weekend.


I than start out with a quick exercise routine which usually last 20 minutes or less depending on how I feel, but I decided to start my Monday with 20 minute or higher this month.

Once I’m done I than get refreshed and than actually ready for my day of life.


Walk for 5 minutes…than head to work.

...I'm trying to start walking on my break, but this is where I add all the raw food in my life (veggies and fresh fruits)...so might just save for after work only.

...so yeah ...is it really Monday tomorrow?

The dispenser is kind of odd. I think it took me a day or two figure out how to get the product out. When you push down so the product can release it’s somewhat tough and kind of throws you off to whether or not it’s open.

To me this product was lacking in the creamy “department” so I couldn’t wear this on it’s own, but in certain parts of my hair it works very well.

This product promises to:

- Locks in moisture
- Holds curls for up to 24 hours
- Light enough for daily use
- No buildup


So, if your 3c and up this will work well with you.

I do however find that this product works great as a 2nd or 3rd day perk me up solution (ever wake-up and your hair is not awake? Or maybe on coffee? *this is for you lol).

Will I repurchase this product? Nope! I think I created the perfect concoction to work as my hydrating prep lotion.

Did I like it? Not really...thought this would have been a great nude...a good sub until I pick up "freckletone"...not even close. Pretty color when swatched on the skin which is all I can say about it.
