Healthy Traveling Snacks...

Sweet Potato Tortilla Chips: I can’t tell you how I jumped for joy when I came across this lovely gem! it holds all my favorites; sweet potatoes, chia seeds, quinoa, sunflower seed & sea salt—WOW! I hit the jackpot w/ this one.

Sweet Potatoes - Sweet potatoes has an excellent source of carotenes (which converts to vitamin A mainly in the liver *highly recommend you to drinking loads of water.) Its also a great source of Vitamin C and B6 and more.

Chia Seeds - Keeps you energized and hydrated. It’s a great source of omega -3.

Quinoa - It’s an awesome source of fine protein. Gluten-free.

Trail Mix: I pretty much took what random things I had in my cabinet that I felt I’ve been neglecting. Almond, Pumpkin, Apple Blueberry Granola and Goji Berries.
