Ingredients: 2 Oranges,1 Carrot, 1 Frozen Ripe Banana & 2 tbsp of Chia Seeds
Juiced:  Orange  Carrot Then added  the Orange-Carrot Juice , Frozen Ripe Banana, Almond Milk & Chia Seeds to the blender.  
Add Ice to make a smoothie
