Energy Bar - Pumpkin Raisin

ingredients:1/2 cup all bran
1/3 cup pumpkin
1/4 cup raisin
2 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
cinnamon optional ( 1 teaspoon to the mix or sprinkle on top of the mix once in baking container)

Grind the all bran and almonds


Add the rest of the ingredients

Mix together (if you need to add more of something now is the time)

Place mix in a container of choice (make the bars as thick as you like).


Place in freezer for 20 min. Take out, cut to the size of your liking and place in the fridge for 45min-1hr *the longer the better making the bar firmer*
