Making Apricot Jam using Umes (Japanese Apricot)

Umes Fruit
(shown 5 Ume *Japanese Apricot*)Agave Nectar
(Used 1/4 cup)


Remove the pit.

On a medium high light add Agave Nectar and Ume Slices.

Allow the mixture to boil for 5 minutes (until the sauce thickens).

Pour in dish and let cool down a bit before serving.
