Making Kale Mango Chips

Ripe Mango
(Any other seasoning is optional)


Preheat oven to 350°F
Cut or Tear clean kale leaves off the stem.

Purée 1 ripe mango (this would be the sauce we use to dip the kale).

Lightly coat your pan with your choice of oil.

Dip the kale leaf in the purée (split purée in half *in can be used for something else*) , followed with misting it with your choice oil and place it in the baking pan.Spread each kale leaf flat on the pan (making sure they don't overlap).

Bake in oven for 8 to 12 minutes. Kale is done when leaves are dark green and crisp.

Transfer kale from the baking pan to a flat surface and let it cool down.

If there are leftovers, store in a sealed container.
