Mango Coconut Shrimp

ingredients:
2 Mangoes
3/4 Coconut Milk
3/4 Greek Yogurt
Shrimp


directions:

Steam Shrimp for 10min (until red). Check the shrimp to make sure it has an opaque white coloring inside as well as has a tender texture when tasting.

Time to make the sauce:
Place mango,coconut milk & Greek yogurt in the blender until you achieve a purée consistency.

Place in a pan (Temp. Should be on medium).

Add sauce to shrimp.

or Add the shrimp to the sauce so the flavors can marinate in the shrimp.

All done!
