Quinoa Burger ... or Hot Dog?

ingredients:
1 cup - Cooked Red Beans
3/4 cup - Cooked Quinoa
4 Garlic Cloves
1/4 cup - Tomato Sauce
1 Tbsp - Red Pepper
Pinch of Black Pepper & Sea Salt

Place in processor for less then 1 min

Roll or Patty your Quinoa. Place in a baking dish oiled w/ EVOO

Bake @375 F / 15 min per side.

All done!!
