Whole Wheat Cilantro Tortilla


Ingredients:
1 cup - Wheat flour
*sprinkle a pinch of garlic & sea salt*
1-3 Cilantro Stems (chop them into pieces) *use whatever herbs you desire. Rosemary, Thyme, Basil ...etc
1 tsp - garlic
1 tsp - baking soda ( I didn't add this)
1 cup - water (add water as you go to get the right consistency)
1 tbsp - unsalted butter (I used EVOO)

Directions:

Mix together all ingredient besides the water.


Add water to create a sticky dough.


Sprinkle flour on your board as well as your rolling pin/tool.

Break the dough to yield the size of a golf ball.

Once you have all your "Wheat Flour Golf Balls" roll each of them out with your rolling pin/tool. Yielding a 5-6" tortilla.


Lightly coat your pan with oil and slightly toast each side for less than 1 min (until you notice browning).
