Ingredients:
1 can of Wild Planet Albacore Tuna *drain water*
1/2 cup cooked quinoa
1/3 cup Earth's Balance Mindful Organic Mayo
1 teaspoon Spicy Brown mustard
1 teaspoon Sambal Oelek (chili paste)
1/4 tsp All Natural Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Black Peppercorn
1/4 bread crumbs *didn't use*
1 tbsp evoo
Directions:
Chop tuna to smaller chunks. Add and mix all ingredients together.
Place your bun on aluminum foil, Add a scoop of your tuna mix to your bun, wrap and place in the oven to bake for 15-20 mins @ 350F
