Brunch - Shallot Onion Rings, Sunny Eggs & Turkey Bacon

1/3 cup oats
1 tbsp Chili powder (or your choice of spice)
1/2 cup almond milk
1 organic egg

Baking info: 400-450F /10-15 minutes, or until coating is crisp.

Mixed grind oats & chili powder together
Mixed almond milk & egg together ( you can add black pepper ...etc)

Step 1 dip shallot in whole wheat powder
Step 2 add to almond milk mix
Step 3 add to oat mix
Step 4 place on oiled baking pan
