Made a Curry Tofu Salad a few days ago...
This is how I made the curry tofu:
- firm tofu cut into cubes
- curry powder, garlic, black peppercorn & sea salt ( or seasoning of your choice)
- oil (evoo, sesame oil...etc)
- place cubes of tofu in a zip block bag with ingredients or gently mix the ingredients together in a plate/bowl and place the cubed tofu one by one in the mix (covering all sides).
- add seasoned tofu to a sizzling pan and let it sear for 3-5 mins per side (or until golden)
