Sesame Sweet Tofu w/ Spicy Bok Choy


How I prepped the "Sesame Tofu"
  •  cut firmed tofu cut into cubes
  •  create your sauce (agave nectar + Wheat flour mix together to form a thick sauce *eye the measurements* 
  •  have a bowl of sesame 
Directions:  dip tofu in sauce (cover all sides),  followed in sesame seeds, seared a few mins per side) 

How I prepped my "Spicy Boy Chok"
  •  separated the stem from the leaves
  •  chopped red bell peppers 
  •  make a spicy paste using*chili powder, ginger & garlic* 
Directions: Sauté the stems first w/ the paste as once the stems start to golden add the leaves.
