Carrot Quinoa Cake

2 caged-free eggs
1/4 cup agave syrup
1/4 cup earths balance spread (melt)
1 apple (remove core and turn it in to applesauce)
4 Large carrots (skinned & chopped) *in a food processor combine all than transfer it to the dry ingredients*

(Combine all these ingredients below before adding the wet ingredients)
1 cup quinoa flour 1 cup wheat flour (pastry version)
2 tsp baking powder (aluminum-free)
2 tsp cinnamon 

Place final mixture in your mold
bake @ 350F for 20-30 mins
