Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup quinoa flour
- 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp agave nectar)
Direction: Mix together in one mixing bowl all your dry ingredients
1/2 cup quinoa flour
1/4 cup flaxseed meal
1/4 cup whole wheat flour

1 tbsp baking powder
In another mixing bowl mix all your wet ingredients:
1 egg
1 cup almond milk
2 tbsp agave nectar)
Mix both bowls together.
Heat a pan w/ extra virgin olive oil and apply a scoop of your mix (let each side golden for a few minutes.
