How I made my "Arugula Edamame Pesto"
1 cup of fresh arugula leave
1/2 cup edamame (shelled and defrosted)
3 garlic cloves
¼ cup of EVOO
2 tbsp of shredded Veggie "Parmesan Flavor"
1 tbsp of lemon juice
handful of pinenuts
add a sprinkle of black peppercorn & sea salt
Add everything in the processor and spin!
