Ingredients:
- 1 cup of fresh arugula leaves
- 1/2 cup edamame (shelled and defrosted)
- 3 garlic cloves
- ¼ cup of EVOO
- 2 tbsp of shredded Veggie "Parmesan Flavor"
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- handful of pinenuts
- add a sprinkle of black peppercorn & sea salt
