Quinoa Sweet Potato Pound Cake

3/4 cup of quinoa flour
3/4 cup of whole wheat flour
2 tbsp of flaxseed meal
2 tsp of baking powder (aluminum-free)
1 tsp of cinnamon
2 organic eggs
1/4 cup or less of agave nectar
1/2 cup of earths balance spread
1/4 original almond milk

Mix all dry ingredients in 1 bowl
Mix all wet ingredients in another
combine all ingredients.

place the mix in your mold
bake @ 350 F / 35minutes
