Pumpkin Apricot Wheat Muffins


Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp of earths balance
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup agave nectar
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup dried apricot (diced)


**Mix all wet ingredients in a blender or by hand**
**Mix all dry ingrdients**



Combine both bowls together & place in your mold.

bake @ 400F / 15 - 20 mins
