My Winter Hair Care (Curly, Kinky, Dry, Damaged, Brittle)

Dry, weak and brittle hair are prone to breaking and require a conditioner to infuse moisture and an oil to seal it in.

What causes dry hair?
sun-damage
genetics
hair coloring
chemical treatments: relaxing and perms
heat-damage

Deep Conditioner Treatment:
Aussie Moist (your conditioner) + Oil + Cap...then rinse

Shampoo:
Trader Joes Tripe Tea Tree Oil
ACV + Water (diluted)

Conditioners:
Aussie Moist
Trader Joes Nourish Spa
Shea Moisture Deep Masque

Oils:
Avocado Oil – conditions the hair and helps with moisture retention.

Argan Oil - provides nourishing benefits, reduces frizz, and helps protect from heat damage while styling.

Castor Oil - It promotes hair growth, moisturizes the hair, hair appears thicker with consistent use, and helps tames frizz.

Coconut Oil – an excellent conditioner, helps prevent dandruff and is wonderful for scalp massages.

*Emu Oil - is a deep penetrating, natural moisturizer.

Grape Seed oil – used to nourish the scalp.

Jojoba Oil - mimics sebum in its properties and is used to enrich hair products for increased cleansing and moisturizing strength.

Olive Oil – A light oil that strengthen the hair from the inside out, and conditioning.

Sunflower Seed Oil - great for preventing brittle hair and hair loss. Helps hair growth.

Safflower Oil - works as an excellent conditioner for dry breaking hair. Penetrate deep into the scalp and helps to prevent dryness.
