Smoothie Recap!! (Great for Pre & Post Workout, Meal & Remedies!

Strawberries, Cantaloupe & Banana

Blueberry Banana Smoothie
1 cup of almond milk
1 ripe frozen banana
1/4 frozen blueberries
2 tbsp of flaxseed
2 tbsp of greek yogurt

Pear Pineapple Green Smoothie
2 pears
3 Rings of Pineapple
1 cup of almond milk
1 cup of kale
2 tbsp of flaxseeds meal

Strawberry Oat Smoothie
1 cup Homemade Oat Milk (soak oats over night in water, blend the next day, place in strainer and store the milk)
1/4 Frozen Strawberry
1/2 Frozen Ripe Banana
2 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
