Post Workout Banana Oat Peanut Butter Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup of homemade oat milk
1/2 banana
1/4 cup of peanut butter
1 tsp of cinnamon
2 tbs of flaxseeds
1/2 cup of almond milk (not pictured).
