My Mini Essential Oil Stash!


I've been using the same essential oils for about 5-6 years now (clove, myrrh, peppermint, tea tree, lavender & lemon) and up until a couple of years ago, I started expanding my collection. 

*research different brands. 
*consume only food grade.
*make sure it's 100% pure essential oil if your not looking for a blend.

Lavender - I sprinkle a little on our pillow for deep sleep and if we have a cut/scrape/or burn, I will add it neat or w/ a carrier oil to relieve the pain, Spring/Summer home aroma....


Tea Tree -  I will apply a cotton ball infused with witch hazel and a drop of tea tree to my breakout area. Relieves itchy scalp—do add to your shampoo and conditioner...

Lemon - I give my liver a kickstart by adding lemon juice or essential oil (add 1-2 drops) to my water. Brightens the skin—add to cleanser/create a toner, Spring/Summer home aroma, kitchen countertops...

Clove - toothache/sore gums apply this to source—instant gratification! Fall/Winter home aroma...

Peppermint - I apply this neat to the back  of our neck and ears if we're suffering from a headache. Also, great for a quick pick-me-up—take a wift—and digestion and respiratory system...

Lemongrass - after a workout I add this w/ a carrier oil to the area I was working out to prevent achiness. Insect repellent, add it my diy "respiratory" chest balm, Spring/Summer home aroma...

Lime - stress, fear, fever, use as a toner (same thing with lemon). Apply to broken capillary twice a day, Spring/Summer home aroma...

Orange - After my morning shower, I add this to my body oil for a quick vitamin C boost. Fall/winter home aroma...

Grapefruit - when I need a boost, I love diffusing grapefruit with peppermint essential oil (our morning shower gel  contains both—energized for hours!), reduce/prevent celluite (add a few drops  grapefruit + cypress oil to your body oil after a bath/shower), Spring/Summer home aroma...

Tangerine - just like orange/grapefruit, this essential oil helps with energy, creativity, celluite, mood, anxiety. Spring/Summer home aroma...

Citronella - When I'm  done cleaning the kitchen/bathroom or doing the laundry, I apply a few drops to the drain—so freshing and keeps insects away during the summer! 

Cypress - headache, stress, fall/winter home aroma...

Wintergreen - joint pain (think icy-hot) 

Clary Sage - I rub a few drops on my lower stomach area to help with menstrual cramps (before and during) every other day.

Cedarwood - calming and purifying.

Myrrh - helps with skin aging, wounds, oral care....

Frankincense- helps with skin aging and stress. Fall/Winter home aroma...

Vetiver - nervousness, insomnia—3 drops, clary-sage, 2 drops vetiver & 2 drops lavender in bath water...

Oregano - respiratory system...

Marjorma- relax sore muscles... 

Cinnamon - The quickest and affordable way to plump your lips! Fall/Winter home aroma....

Eucalyptcus - I love making diy chest rubs with this (think vapor rub)...

Patchouli - do you believe in "law of attraction"? Welp! Think big and apply this neat on your wrist. #abundance, help with eczema, dandruff, skin problems..

Rosemary - I apply this to our conditioner/shampoo for thicker hair....

Geranium - If I'm feeling unbalanced and hormonal, I will apply this neat to my wrist.Helps with the circulatory system—add to your massage oils, great Spring/Summer home aroma...

Bergamot - A great "uplifter" if your feeling not like yourself. Diffuse, wift, or apply neat. Help relaxes the mind, body and soul....
